Terms & Conditions


1. This promotion is exclusive to all customers and employees of AEON CO. (M) Bhd. (“AEON”) only (“Participant”).


2. The Participant is entitled to one (1) stamp each with every purchase of RM30.00 in a single receipt made at any AEON stores and AEON Maxvalu Prime (“Participating Outlets”).


3. Combination receipts of the total sum RM30.00 are not acceptable and the followings are not entitled for stamps redemption:

i) Purchases of AEON Gift vouchers, mobile top up (e-pay), TnGo;
ii) Purchases from AEON Wellness, Molly Fantasy, Daiso by AEON and tenant outlets;
iii) Delivery Charges, Repair and Service Charges, Easy Payment installment;
iv) Additional payment for redemption of vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product;
v) Top up for AEON Member Plus Visa (“AMP”) Card
vi) Bulk purchases or wholesale in nature as determined by AEON; and
vii) Any other payable statutory tax (if any).


4. The Participant may collect the stamps starting from 01 July 2019 to 17 November 2019 (“Stamp Collection Period”) at AEON stores and MaxValu Prime. Redemption of vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product shall commence on 01 July 2019 and end on 01 December 2019 (“ Product Redemption Period”).


5. Supplier Extra Bonus Stamps

Extra bonus stamp(s) will be awarded to the Participant who has registered as an AMP member for purchase of selected products as determined by AEON. Extra bonus stamp entitlement will be subject to the further terms and conditions stipulated therein.


6. Membership Stamps Special

The Participant who has registered as an AMP member is entitled to the following number of stamps on the condition that the AMP Participant makes the minimum purchase requirement through AMP Card, AEON Credit Service Credit Card or AEON Wallet:

7. The promotion of Supplier Extra Bonus Stamps shall not be given in conjunction with Membership Stamps Special.


8. The Participant may choose either to collect the physical printed stamps by using stamp leaflet or collect the digital redemption stamps (“E-Stamps”) by using AEON Wallet application (“ AEON Wallet App”).


9. Physical Printed Stamps

a) The stamp leaflet may be obtained at the cashier counter or the AEON Customer Service Counter for collecting the physical printed stamps.
b) Only original stamps are accepted for redemption of vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product. Amended, damaged, defaced or photocopied stamps are invalid and not acceptable. AEON shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the issued stamps and no replacement stamp shall be provided.=
c) Stamp redemption must be made at the cashier counter on the same day of purchase and proven by the original receipt. Proof of purchase at different stores is not acceptable for stamp redemption.
d) The Participant is entitled to redeem specific vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product at any Participating Outlets by giving the required number of stamps and paying the promotional price for the said product.


10. E-Stamps

a) For collection of E-Stamps, the Participant shall be an AMP member who has registered as E-Wallet user by downloading the AEON Wallet App to collect E-stamps.
b) After downloading the AEON Wallet App, the Participant is required to create their information profile for registration. The Participant will be awarded twenty (20) E-Stamps after the registration is successful.
c) For those who have registered E-Wallet user, they may come to AEON Customer Service Counter to return the physical printed stamps for converting the physical printed stamps to the E-Stamps.
d) The number of E-Stamps will be automatically updated in the AEON Wallet App within twenty four (24) hours after the Participant made minimum purchase of RM30 at any Participating Outlets.
e) To redeem the specific vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product at promotional price, the Participant shall allow the AEON Personnel at any AEON Customer Services Counter to verify and deduct the E-Stamps upon redemption of the product is successful.


11. The E-Stamp is not interchangeable to the physical printed stamp once the physical printed stamp is converted to an E-Stamp.


12. Each Participant is only allowed to collect to a maximum of three hundred (300) stamps on the same day during Stamp Collection Period.


13. The stamps are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender or other AEON vouchers.


14. No stamp will be awarded for any payment made for redemption of vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product.


15. Neither AEON Member Point / AEON Points nor Rebates will be awarded or calculated for any payment made for redemption of vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product.


16. The staffs and promoters are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to accept any stamps given by customer while on duty.


17. The minimum purchase requirement of RM30.00 in a single receipt shall exclude the refund for returned goods, if any. Subject to the AEON’s return and refund policy, if the total amount of the single receipt does not meet the minimum purchase requirement after the deduction of the price of the returned goods, the related stamps shall be returned to AEON or the E-Stamps shall be automatically deducted from the AEON Wallet App.


18. The Supplier Promotion Cash Voucher (RM10 and RM5), E-Voucher are not accepted for the payment for the redemption of vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product.


19. The vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product is non-exchangeable for cash. Any request for the replacement of the defective or faulty vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product shall be made within seven days from the date of redemption of vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product subject to AEON’s policy, any request made after the said period shall not be entertained. AEON will replace free of charge any vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product which returned as faulty. The Participant has no right to seek for replacement if the faults are due to misuse of the vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product after redemption, or if faults should have been seen on examination or were pointed out at the time of redemption.


20. If the Participant makes payment through AMP Card, AEON Credit Service Credit Card or AEON Wallet, the Participant is entitled to enjoy double product redemption wherein he/she can purchase two (2) specific vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware products at the promotional price by giving the required number of stamps for one specific vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product only.


21. The availability of vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product shall be based on a “while stocks last” basis.


22. AEON reserves the absolute right to substitute any vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product with that of a similar value without any prior notice.


23. The vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group Cookware product is not for sale and only for redemption subject to the conditions contained herein during the Product Redemption Period or until such other period to be determined by AEON.


24. In the event of any discrepancy between the amount of stamps on AEON Wallet App and the amount of stamps on AEON system, the amount of stamps on AEON system shall prevail.


25. In the event of any dispute, the decision of AEON’s management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.


26. AEON reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and AEON will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting therefrom. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.


27. AEON collects the Participant’s personal information specifically the Participant’s name, identification number and contact particulars for related administration and marketing purposes. If the Participant does not give AEON these details, the Participant is unable to enjoy the promotion. By participating this promotion, the Participant consents to the processing of his/her personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions. 28. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the terms and condition of this promotion.


29. By participating this promotion, the Participant has read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.
