Sardine Basil Pasta

Sardine Basil Pasta
(Coated Frying Pan 28cm)


Ingredients:
300 grams spaghetti (ready to eat)
1 tin sardines
20 grams tomato puree
20 grams tomato paste
3 pieces small shallots
5 pieces garlic
5 basil leaves
2 bird’s eye chilli
1 lemon (juice)
Salt to taste
Oil to cook

Method:

  1. Heat the oil and sauté the birds eye chili, onions and garlics, all thinly chopped, until cooked.
  2. Pour in both tomato purée dan tomato paste.
  3. Put in the sardines (deboned and cleaned) and evenly cook together.
  4. Put in the cooked spaghetti.
  5. Tear the basil leaves by hand and sprinkle over the dish.
  6. Turn off the stove, squeeze some lemon and mix evenly before serving.

 


 

Pasta Sardin Selasih
(Coated Frying Pan 28cm)


Bahan-bahan:
300 gram spaghetti (yang siap direbus)
1 tin sardin
20 gram tomato puree
20 gram tomato pes
3 biji bawang merah kecil
5 ulas bawang putih
5 helai daun selasih
2 cili padi
1 biji limau kasturi
Garam secukup rasa
Minyak masak

Penyediaan:

  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis cili padi, kedua-dua bawang yang dihiris sehingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan tomato puree dan pes tomato.
  3. Masukkan ikan sardine (ikan sahaja) dan goreng sehingga sedikit garing.
  4. Masukkan pasta.
  5. Koyak-koyakkan daun selasih dan masukkan ke dalam pan.
  6. Matikan api, perah limau kasturi dan gaul sehingga rata.
