Bubur Pulut Hitam Bersantan
(High Casserole with lid 24cm)


Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of black glutinous
6 glass of water, to boil glutinous rice
3 cups of coconut milk
2 pandan leaves, scrap and node
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 gula melaka
Salt

Method:
Bubur

  1. Boil the black glutinous rice in water with pandan leaves until soft and cooked.
  2. Leave untouched until glutinous rice is cooked and the liquid becomes thick.
  3. Pour in 1 cup coconut milk, salt and white sugar and gula melaka. Cook til boiling point.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of coconut milk.

Coconut Milk Gravy

  1. Boil the remainder 1 cup of coconut milk over a small fire or heat until cooked. To continuously stir to avoid lumps.
  2. Sprinkle a little salt to taste.

Bahan-bahan:
1 1/2 cawan pulut hitam
6 cawan air, untuk rebus pulut
3 cawan santan pekat
2 helai daun pandan, carikkan dan simpul
3/4 cawan gula putih
1/2 ketul gula melaka
Garam secukup rasa

Penyediaan:
Bubur

  1. Rebus pulut hitam dengan air dan daun pandan sehingga lembut.
  2. Biarkan pulut masak dan kuah menjadi pekat.
  3. Masukkan santan cair, garam, gula putih dan gula melaka. Masak sehingga mendidih.
  4. Kemudian masukkan pula 1 cawan santan pekat.

Kuah santan

  1. Masak baki 1 cawan santan tadi di atas api yang kecil sehingga mendidih. Perlu selalu kacau supaya santan tidak berketul.
  2. Kemudian masukkan garam secukup rasa.
