Asian-style Steamed Pandan Gula Melaka Muffins
(using Steamer Insert 20cm)


Ingredients:
Part 1

6 grams yeast
¼ cup of lukewarm water
6 grams brown sugar

Part 2
250 grams flour
50 grams gula melaka
50 grams brown sugar
1 cup water
¼ cup coconut cream
1 teaspoon pandan essence
Salt
Muffin paper cups
Desiccated coconut

Method:

  1. Mix all item in part 1 and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix all ingredients from part 2 in a separate bowl.
  3. Combine both mixtures and let it sit for another 30 minutes.
  4. Pour small amounts into muffin cups and steam for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve with desiccated coconut.

 


 

Apam Pandan Gula Melaka
(using Steamer Insert 20cm)


Bahan-bahan:
Bahagian 1

6 gram yis
¼ cawan air suam
6 gram gula perang

Bahagian 2
250 gram tepung gandum
50 gram gula melaka
50 gram gula perang
1 cawan air
¼ cawan krim kelapa
1 sudu teh esen pandan
Garam
Cawan kertas muffin
Kelapa parut

Penyediaan:

  1. Campurkan semua bahan dalam bahagian 1 dan biarkan ia duduk selama 5 minit.
  2. Campurkan semua bahan dari bahagian 2 dalam mangkuk yang berasingan.
  3. Campurkan kedua-dua campuran dan biarkan ia selama 30 minit.
  4. Tuangkan dalam cawan kertas muffin dan panaskan selama 20-25 minit.
  5. Hidangkan dengan kelapa parut atau parutan kelapa yang kering.
